We were greeted by friendly staff and given a hot towel with disinfectant, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel on the main street was fantastic. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a complimentary minibar was a pleasant surprise. The staff was cheerful and polite.

Felt completely relaxed, nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed at a hotel in downtown with an ideal location. It was conveniently close to the lake and had easy access to the Old Town. The room was very comfortable with soft and squishy bed linens, providing a cloud-like sleeping experience. The bathroom was spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff was efficient and professional, promptly attending to our needs. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff was attentive. The hotel also had a restaurant nearby with sublime food.

The prices for some of the amenities were quite high, such as the gym being an extra cost and the bar/lounge area being a bit pricey. this minor issue did not take away from the overall luxurious experience at this hotel.
